The guesthouse named “Penzi Villa,” which opened last Saturday, is a five-room establishment. The interior and rooms of the guesthouse have been designed with modern furniture to give an “aesthetic look.”
The guesthouse offers free Wi-Fi, and the rooms are spacious. Each bathroom is equipped with a water heater.
The visually appealing rooms at “Penzi Villa” are priced between MVR 700-900 per night.
“There will be no price difference whether you’re a guest or a local. We’ve set a very feasible price. We’ve developed this place more on the home-stay concept,” said an official from the guesthouse.
Three days after “Penzi Villa” opened and began its services, even today, the guesthouse rooms are almost fully booked. For the past two days, the rooms have been at full occupancy.
Rooms can be booked by messaging “penzi Villa’s” Facebook/Instagram account. Bookings can also be made by calling 7900992 / 7323230.
“Pansy Villa” is located on Ameeni Magu in Kulhudhuffushi City, opposite the Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB).
The guesthouse business already exists to some extent in Kulhudhuffushi.
Kulhudhuffushi City is a place of extreme natural beauty. The city’s most special feature is its clay lake. This lake is where flamingos occasionally come to land. Even now, flamingos live in this lake. In addition, the city has many historical buildings and sites. The city also boasts a beautiful white sandy beach.
